Spend ₹5,000 of eligible spend in a billing cycle and the card gives two free movie, stream, play, sports, or event tickets worth up to ₹250 each, up to ₹500 a month. They must be booked together in a single BookMyShow transaction of at least two tickets.
What is the annual fee of the RBL Bank Play Credit Card?
₹500 plus GST a year. A ₹500 BookMyShow welcome discount offsets the first year, and the renewal is waived from year two for BookMyShow SuperStar members who complete ten BookMyShow transactions in an anniversary year.
Does the Play card earn reward points on other spending?
No. There is no base reward-points rate on general spending. The card's value comes entirely from the monthly free tickets, the welcome discount, and the food-and-beverage offer, so it works best as a dedicated entertainment card.
Is the BookMyShow RBL Bank Play worth it?
Only for regular BookMyShow users. If you book movies or events most months and can route ₹5,000 of eligible spend onto the card, two free tickets a month easily beat the ₹500 fee. Occasional moviegoers will get little from it.
